Diane Jenet

Personal Trainer & Certified Menopause Specialist

A personal trainer and fitness instructor with more than 15 years of experience helping women build lasting strength, resilience, and confidence. Specializing in women’s health, Diane supports clients through hormonal shifts, midlife transitions, and beyond with an evidence-based approach grounded in strength training, nutrition, and smart supplementation.​

Now a certified specialist in menopause care, Diane focuses on addressing critical issues such as bone density, muscle maintenance, sleep, energy, and overall well-being. Her education includes advanced coursework through Girls Gone Strong, ISSA, NASM, and ongoing studies with Harvard University.

Sasha Silverman M.Ed., LPC

Licensed Therapist

Sasha Silverman, M.Ed., LPC is a licensed therapist and speaker who helps clients navigate life stresses and transitions with greater clarity, compassion, and self-trust. In her clinical practice, she supports individuals and couples in understanding relational patterns, communicating in ways that reduce defensiveness, and fostering deeper connection.

 

With a background in teaching and content development, Sasha is known for translating complex emotional experiences into language that feels grounding, relatable, and empowering. She is especially passionate about helping women move through perimenopause with insight and self-compassion, reframing this season as a powerful opportunity to reconnect with themselves and step more fully into who they are becoming.

Dr. Perrin Downing

Board-certified  Urogynecologist,

Pelvic Reconstructive Surgeon

Dr. Perrin Downing is a board-certified physician specializing in Urogynecology. Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, she graduated with honors from Haverford College and earned her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Abington Jefferson Health and a fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at The Ohio State University Medical Center.

 

Dr. Downing cares for women with pelvic floor disorders, including symptoms that commonly arise during the menopausal transition. Pelvic floor disorders, such as leaking urine or vaginal bulge, are common—but not normal—and they are treatable. She is passionate about helping women regain comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys baking, traveling, cheering for Philadelphia sports, and spending time with her husband and rescue dog, Avon Barksdale.

With more than two decades of clinical experience guiding women through every stage of life, Dr. Einhorn’s true passion lies in transforming how midlife women are understood, supported, and treated.

Her groundbreaking approach blends evidence-based medical care with holistic pillars of fitness, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing, offering unrushed, deeply personalized consultations and a supportive community where women are truly heard and empowered. A lifelong advocate for education and advocacy, Dr. Einhorn equips women with the tools and knowledge to thrive during menopause and beyond—not just endure it.
